Kacey Anderson was the District 9 female from Cloveismywife's 198th Hunger Games. She was the district partner of Caleb Stoll. Overall, she placed 20th out of 28.
Kacey was revived for The Vengeance Games and was revived with Lucas Rayden. She placed 40th out of 56.
Personality[]
Kacey was a farmer's daughter from District 9, and she and her father have kept themselves alive by gambling. Kacey's mother died of childbirth but her father raised her well. She was a sweet and generous girl, always doing her best to help out. She has a country accent coming from District 9, and was very friendly.
Looks[]
Kacey has sparkling, pretty blue eyes. She has a beautiful smile that makes you want to smile back at her, and has pretty blondish brown hair. She wears a blue singlet and matching blue headband.

Kacey Anderson was allied with Caleb Stoll, Kyle Dritel, Caitlyn Levenhire, Ryan Ramos and Maizi Rhode. She survived the bloodbath, but eventually took an arrow through the neck by Sasha Selenta, who later went on to be victor of the 198th Hunger Games.
The Vengeance Games[]
Kacey escaped the bloodbath with her two allies, Nile Flame and Rhonda Timor. The next day, their alliance was attacked and Brooklyn Spirit killed her, and Rhonda killed Brooklyn in retaliation.

Kacey's allies seemed a little upset. However, Sasha's alliance was impressed that she had killed her.

Nile was upset by it a lot, and he cried over her death. Rhonda may have been both upset and relieved because she lost her ally, but knew that Nile wouldn't turn on her.
